About Me:
Poet, artist, computer geek wannabe, techie wrapped up in a fuzzie, all-around handy man, optimistically pessimistic realist, dreamer with his feet in the sand.
Poetry is the biggest part of me - if you'd like to read some let me know and I'll send you to my site.
--- Doing something different - when I post, the pics will go to the default folder, and then next time I'll move them to their appropriate folder - that way everything gets a turn on the front page
Cameras:
My first digital was an HP 735
(the majority of the shots on this site were shot with this camera while I was in college)
Second was a Nikon D70
(a few of the shots on here came from this camera)
Currently it's a Nikon D300
(and a Sony T100 that I always have in my pocket)
Lenses (main ones I use now)
Nikon 18-200
Nikon 50 1.8
Sigma 10-20
I don't post as much everyday stuff now, and I have my own site, which gets my "professional" shots, like from weddings and events. Favorite thing I've been doing recently is Saturday night jazz musicians at a local BBQ place - I don't have a folder for them yet, but I will be making one soon on my main site (deeperlight.com)
Always feel free to drop me a line - I might not get it right away though, as I only check email on here occasionally.
